With the amazing selection of brands and styles available these days, there’s a lot to love about non-alcoholic beer (obviously). But even the biggest beer lovers may occasionally seek out something besides beer to quench their NA thirst.
For example, I made some cocktails with Wilderton Earthen a few weeks ago and was blown away, not to mention they were a hit at the party! I also had a Hazy IPA but 🤷

9 Non-Alcoholic Drinks to Try When You Want a Break from Beer
After hearing from countless members of our community struggling to find a decent non-alcoholic red wine, the team at YOURS spent nearly two years working with California vineyards and winemakers to craft a better bottle. The result of this effort is the new YOURS Non-Alcoholic California Red Blend, which boasts flavors of oak, vanilla, blackberry, chocolate, and fresh ground peppercorns, and even has a touch of that signature warmth and bite of traditional red wines.
The official drink of summer, the Aperol Spritz is the perfect blend of bitter and sweet. Made with Lyre’s Italian Spritz Non-Alcoholic Spirit and Fre Wines Sparkling Brut, this cocktail tastes as good as it looks, and is just as refreshing as any glass of non-alcoholic beer.
There are few flavors as distinct as bourbon. Through the magic of their Kentucky distillery (the 74th licensed distillery in the state…hence the name “Kentucky 74”), Spiritless has managed to craft a complex non-alcoholic bourbon that sips much like the original. Our favorite way to enjoy it is the simple bourbon Old Fashioned, which really allows this alcohol-free spirit to shine!
Quite possibly the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine on the market today, Thomson & Scott is a British brand that packs serious flavor into each of their bottles. On a mission to bring healthier ingredients, transparent labeling, and truth to the wine industry, Thomson & Scott’s Noughty lacks many of the additives you’ll find in most non-alcoholic wines, leaving a clean, crisp glass of bubbly that you can enjoy guilt-free.
While the Margarita is generally the first cocktail that comes to mind when one thinks of tequila, in our eyes the Paloma can’t be beat. Using Ritual Zero Proof Tequila Alternative, this Paloma recipe marries the smokey spirit with fresh grapefruit juice, lime juice, a touch of sugar, and sparkling water for a tart, savory cocktail that’s perfect for warm summer evenings.
Non-alcoholic gin is the most prominent NA spirit available today. While there are plenty of quality options out there, our personal favorite is Monday Zero Alcohol Gin, which features the perfect blend of bold botanicals that really help replicate that gin experience. Check it out for yourself using this Non-Alcoholic Gin Clover Club Recipe – a simple mix of gin, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white. A classic cocktail with classic flavors!
If you’re looking for a refreshing swap for your evening NA beer, this non-alcoholic Mojito is just the ticket. Crafted using Lyre’s White Cane Spirit Non-Alcoholic Rum (an excellent and very versatile spirit!), this alcohol-free Mojito still packs a punch, with plenty of fresh mint and lime juice that play perfectly off the simple syrup and sugars in the rum.
If you don’t have interest in crafting a non-alcoholic cocktail of your own, there are plenty of great ready-to-drink options available today. Take the Kin Euphorics Spritz, for example. Using a special mix of adaptogens, nootropics, and botanics, Kin Spritz is engineered to provide the drinker a focused state of relaxation, but without alcohol. Though we can’t say for sure if this really does make you more relaxed, we can say that we love the taste of this complex NA cocktail, and would happily pour ourselves one any night of the week.
One of the world’s most famous and popular cocktails, there’s much to love about a classic Daiquiri. Unfortunately, when you order one in “alcohol free” form, what you tend to get is a frozen sugar bomb. Not anymore with this non-alcoholic Daiquiri recipe. Using just three ingredients (including the versatile Lyre’s White Cane Spirit), this NA daiquiri is as simple as it is tasty.
